What We Collect
When you fill out a form on this site, we collect what you share with us. That can include your name, email address, phone number, organization, what you are looking for, and any details you choose to tell us about your goals. We also record how you arrived at the site, such as a referral link or campaign tag, so we know what is working.
How We Use It
We use your information to follow up with you about your request, prepare for your session, and share the resources or proposal you asked for. We only send marketing emails and text messages when you have opted in. Checking the contact box is required so we can respond to your request; the marketing email and text boxes are always optional and start unchecked. If you join our email updates, every message includes a way to unsubscribe at any time.
Text Messages
If you opt in to text messages, you can reply STOP at any time to opt out. Message and data rates may apply.
No Sale of Data
We do not sell your information, and we do not share it with anyone outside our firm except as needed to deliver the work you asked for, or as required by law.
Requesting Deletion
You can ask us to delete your information at any time. Email ashley@cailanventures.net or bvinson@eattome.com and we will remove it from our records, keeping only anything we are required by law to retain.
