How we work together
The plain-language terms for working with Ashley and Britany.
Consulting Only
Aspire to Inspire Consulting provides business consulting and coaching based on our experience as business owners and nonprofit founders. We do not provide legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice, and we do not file documents on your behalf unless agreed in writing. We encourage every client to have formation documents and filings reviewed by a licensed Texas attorney or CPA.
No Guarantee of Outcomes
We bring our experience, care, and honest effort to every engagement. We cannot guarantee specific outcomes, including grant awards, IRS determinations, state approvals, funding results, or revenue growth. Outcomes depend on many factors outside our control, and you remain responsible for the decisions and results of your organization.
Client Responsibility for Filings and Decisions
Any guidance we share about formation, filings, or compliance is preparation and education. You are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of your own filings and for the decisions you make for your business or organization. Official forms and filing fees are handled by you unless we agree in writing to help with a specific step.
Fees and Payment Plans
Pricing is shown on our Pricing page once you have shared a short introduction with us, and it may be updated from time to time. Where offered, you can pay in full for a discount, or use the monthly payment plan shown with each package. Prepayment options for memberships and retainers are listed with those offers. Filing fees and travel are excluded unless stated.
Refunds
The 30-minute Exploratory Session is always free. Paid sessions may be refunded if you cancel at least 48 hours ahead. Packages may be refunded for unused sessions, minus the value of work already completed. Memberships may be cancelled effective at the end of the current minimum term.
Confidentiality
What you share with us in sessions, forms, and conversation stays private. We do not share your information with others except as needed to deliver the work you asked for, or as required by law.
Signed Agreement Controls
Work begins after a signed Consulting Services Agreement. If anything in that agreement differs from this page, the signed agreement controls. You can reach us any time with questions at ashley@cailanventures.net or bvinson@eattome.com.
